Mélanie is a member of the Tax practice group of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg and has been seconded to the New York office of the firm for two years.
She specialises in international tax law, focusing on group restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and investment funds. She advises multinational clients, pension funds, private equity firms, as well as other corporates and investment managers, on all aspects of Luxembourg tax law.
Mélanie regularly publishes in legal literature, including in the Corporate Tax Practice Series: Strategies for Corporate Acquisitions, Dispositions, Spin-Offs, Joint Ventures, Reorganizations & Restructurings published by the Practicing Law Institute.
She is a member of the Canadian desk of Loyens & Loeff. She is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the American Bar Association (ABA) and the Canadian Tax Foundation (CTF).
Mélanie is admitted to the Luxembourg bar.
