He uses his experience to negotiate, litigate, and draft in a practical and efficient manner, and to provide sound and honest advice.

As a part of the Technology & Commercial Team of Loyens & Loeff, Pieter is often involved in high profile M&A transactions and advises on, among others, distribution, agency, franchise and services agreements. He regularly coordinates and participates in due diligence investigations and drafting transaction documents from an IP/IT-perspective.
