Caroline Docclo wrote the chapter dedicated to Belgian legislation of the Tax Disputes and Litigation Review.

In her contribution, the author guides the reader through the multiple gateways of a tax procedure from the audit by the tax authorities to the appeals before the Belgian supreme courts.
