The tax disputes and litigation review

Caroline Docclo wrote the chapter dedicated to Belgian legislation of the Tax Disputes and Litigation Review.

In her contribution, the author guides the reader through the multiple gateways of a tax procedure from the audit by the tax authorities to the appeals before the Belgian supreme courts.

This is the sixth edition of the book edited by Simon Whitehead and published by the Law Business Research (London).
