Loyens & Loeff advised Savills Investment Management, acting on behalf of two funds, on the acquisition of the shares of Immo Spa, a Belgian public liability company being the full owner of the “Oxygen building”, a building located in the heart of the European quarter in Brussels.
Our services included the due diligence process and the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents.
