Roy Poelstra

Roy Poelstra provides strategic advice on employment and labour law matters, supporting clients with tailored solutions across a range of sectors. His practice focuses on reorganisations and restructuring, individual and collective dismissal law, employee representation, and the employment-related aspects of M&A transactions.
Roy combines his legal practice with academic research as a PhD candidate at the University of Amsterdam, where he is writing a dissertation on the collective bargaining system in the Netherlands.
In addition, Roy regularly publishes on employment en labour law matters in academic law journals. He is a permanent contributor to the Tijdschrift Recht en Arbeid (TRA) and Rechtspraak Arbeidsrecht (RAR).
