Jan is a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group, as well as of Loyens & Loeff’s Energy and Project Development Teams. He advises and litigates on behalf of project developers, (institutional) real estate investors, as well (local) governments, grid operators and multinational (industrial) companies. In addition, he is a guest lecturer on Administrative Law teaching at Leiden University and at the Law Firm School and he is a treasurer at the Rotterdam Legal Society.
