Tim specialises on Dutch tax incentives relating to R&D activities and intellectual property rights (e.g. Dutch innovation box) and he is seen as an authority in that field ('thought leader').
Tim also has extensive experience in business and shareholding restructurings, business succession, group financing and real estate.
