OECD publishes discussion draft on strengthening CFC rules

On 3 April 2015, the OECD published its discussion draft on Action 3 “Strengthening CFC rules” (Discussion Draft). The Discussion Draft gives recommendations and invites the public to comment on the design of controlled foreign company (CFC) rules. Comments can be submitted until 1 May 2015. On 12 May 2015, a public consultation hearing will be held by the OECD. The OECD will present its final recommendations for strengthening CFC rules in September 2015.
