Ynze is a VAT and real estate transfer tax specialist with a focus on project development, real estate investments, real estate funds and joint ventures involving real estate. His client base consists mainly of project developers and investors in real estate. He also advises companies on corporate reorganisations involving real estate assets. He joined Loyens & Loeff in 1999 and worked in the Corporate Tax Services practice group for the first five years before joining the Indirect Tax practice group.
Ynze lectures on VAT and transfer tax and speaks regularly on these matters.
Ynze is a regular columnist of PropertyNL and is co-author of the book 'Building in the Netherlands’. This publication is intended to be a handy overview of the most important legal and tax aspects of and for the Dutch building and development practice.
