Marjorie is an experienced alternative investment funds lawyer, with a focus on private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds, as well as other types of liquid and illiquid assets. She advises clients on the regulatory and corporate aspects of structuring, establishing, operating and marketing Luxembourg regulated investment vehicles (including SIFs and SICARs) and unregulated investment vehicles (including RAIFs and Luxembourg partnerships). She is also advising on ESG-related matters for various alternative investment fund managers.

Her experience also includes general corporate law, transactional work and due diligences relating to investment funds. For example, Marjorie led the negotiations of investments in various Luxembourg based investment funds on behalf of major pension funds and Europeans DFIs. She also reviews SFDR disclosures for numerous asset managers.

Based in our Luxembourg office, Marjorie also worked in Dubai for 4 years where she gained broad international experience and advised Middle East based clients on matters related to Luxembourg alternative funds.
