Actively involved in complex projects, she advises, negotiates and drafts various project agreements for renewable energy project, (thermal) energy storage projects, hydrogen and decarbonisation projects, which includes EPC(M), D&C, E&B, DBM(O), O&M, TSA, SLA, AM(S)A, DM(S)A, PM(S)A, concession, cooperation and joint venture agreements, as well as agreements based
on the UAV 2012, UAV-GC 2005, DNR 2011 and the FIDIC 1999 and 2017 Rainbow Suite.
