Geoffrey Scardoni, Avocat à la Cour, is a senior associate who joined the tax department of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg in February 2005. He specialises in international tax law, focusing on cross-border financial products, securitisations, private equity and venture capital funds, mergers and takeovers and international corporate structuring.
Geoffrey is lecturer at the University of Luxembourg where he teaches tax law and is a regular speaker at international seminars and foreign universities such as Paris (Dauphine) and Nancy.
Geoffrey is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar, and is also a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
