Hoge Raad: solidariteitsheffing is negatief loon (Dutch)

8 februari 2010 – Als werknemers in het kader van een sociaal plan een deel van hun loon moeten afdragen, is die afdracht aftrekbaar als negatief loon. Over deze ‘solidariteitsheffing’ zijn dus geen premies werknemersverzekeringen verschuldigd. Dat heeft de Hoge Raad beslist.
