Michiel Beudeker has a focus on the (international) tax aspects of private equity funds that invest into the Netherlands, whether in real estate or other investments. With respect to real estate, Michiel is also an active member of the real estate practice group.
His clients exist of foreign private equity funds, real estate investors and Dutch institutional investors that invest in private equity funds.
Michiel has specific expertise in the field of partnerships/fund structures and frequently lectures and publishes on these topics.
Michiel is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB). He is also a member of the tax committee of Dutch Fund and Asset Management Association (DUFAS) and a member of Invest Europe’s global tax working group.
Michiel is the recipient of the 2024 Lexology Client Choice Award (category Corporate Tax) for the Netherlands and the 2025 Lexology Corporate Tax (Lawyer) Individual Award for the Netherlands.
