Audrey advises multinational groups, including listed companies, as well as major private equity firms and banks on cross-border acquisition financing/re-financing, real estate finance and transportation finance.

Audrey is a member of various industry expert groups of the Luxembourg financial sector and is part of the executive committee of the International Association for Young Lawyers (AIJA). She was also the national representative at the AIJA.

Before re-joining Loyens & Loeff as a partner (after originally beginning her career here as a junior) Audrey worked for many years in various Benelux law firms in Luxembourg.
