The Netherlands Commercial Court
The Netherlands Commercial Court (and the Netherlands Commercial Court of Appeal (NCC(A)) aims to provide an efficient resolution to international business disputes. The NCC(A) is a chamber in the Amsterdam District Court. It was created on 1 January 2019, and all proceedings and judgements are in English. The NCC(A) rules of procedure combine the highly regarded Dutch court system with a flexible focus on global best practices.

This new (2021) edition includes various additional chapters on (international) arbitration proceedings. Also extensively discussed are topics such as applicable law and choice of law, attachment and enforcement proceedings, evidence and the recognition and enforcement of (foreign) judgments.
