<p>Marinus Prakke, attorney at law, is a member of the Dispute Resolution practice group in our Amsterdam office. He specialises in advising, drafting, litigating and negotiating with respect to commercial contracts.<br><br>In the field of commercial contracting, Marinus is an expert in matters relating to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) objectives, intellectual property (IP), information technology (IT) and consumer law. He also has extensive experience with distribution, franchise and agency agreements.<br><br>In addition, Marinus is active in international arbitration and arbitration-related court litigation, including commercial and investment treaty arbitration. He acts in complex, high-profile court proceedings concerning the setting aside and enforcement of arbitral awards, particularly in disputes involving bilateral and multilateral investment treaties.</p>
