The entering into the partnership is subject to the completion of the advisory procedure of both works councils, consultation with the trade unions and the approval of the relevant competition authorities.
Vermaat enters into proposed partnership with Jumbo in relation to La Place
Hospitality and catering specialist Vermaat intends to enter into a strategic partnership together with Koninklijke Jumbo Food Groep B.V. in relation to the activities of the food service formula of La Place, which will be operated by an independent joint venture entity with the aforementioned parties as intended shareholders.
