With four home markets – Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland – and a network of offices in key financial centres around the world, we have a strong international focus. Worldwide, we have over 1,500 employees, including around 940 legal and tax experts. In Luxembourg, Loyens & Loeff counts approximately 130 professionals. That is why we can offer innovative solutions for national and international clients.

Our local practice

Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg handles all matters relating to corporate and commercial law, real estate, investment funds, private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, banking and financial law, and tax law. Our office mainly services large and medium-sized corporate clients, banks and other financial institutions and investment funds, operating internationally. It concentrates on all corporate and tax law aspects of international structures, financial products, holding and financing structures and corporate reorganisations. The office also has a strong reputation in tax rulings, tax litigation, and Luxembourg-related legal and tax opinions.

Our management

Loyens & Loeff operates in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg exclusively under the name Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg S.à r.l. (hereinafter: L&LL). The manager (gérant) of L&LL is Marc Meyers.

Our firm established its office in Luxembourg as a tax advisory firm only.

New partnership between Loyens Advocaten-Avocats and Jean-Pierre Winandy to establish a stronger law firm in Luxembourg.
