AI Solutions Working Party

The AI Solutions Working Party focuses on translating ideas into concrete solutions. This dedicated group selects and implements AI tools, facilitates hands‑on experimentation, and works closely with the business to deliver use cases that add real value. It also acts as a central hub for AI knowledge and adoption across the firm.

AI Strategy Track

The AI Strategy Track provides the strategic and governance backbone for our AI journey. Through several dedicated workstreams, it addresses topics such as AI governance, risk and compliance, organisational impact, client engagement and technology strategy, ensuring that AI adoption is guided by clear principles and firmwide alignment. 

IT

IT ensures that AI initiatives are supported by a secure and reliable technology foundation. This includes infrastructure, system integration, security architecture and user enablement, enabling AI tools to be embedded safely into day‑to‑day workflows. 

Data & Analytics
