Frank van Kuijk is a partner in the tax practice of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg since 2017. He specializes in international tax law, predominantly Luxembourg-oriented. He advises investment managers, real estate, private equity and credit funds and their investors.
Frank further advises a range of multinationals and the financial industry. His advice for the investment management industry mainly relates to fund, fund management and investment structures. Frank’s advice for multinationals and the financial industry predominantly relates to mergers, acquisitions, project financing, securitisations, corporate reorganisations and IP.
Frank is a member of the L&L transfer pricing team. Before joining the Luxembourg office, he worked at the Rotterdam and the London offices of Loyens & Loeff, where he gained broad international experience. Frank is a member of the Luxembourg Bar, the International Fiscal Association (Luxembourg branch) and the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers.
