Louis Lutz named "Practice head" in Tax
Legal 500 - EMEA (2023)

"Measured by the number of deals, the tax specialist Lutz may be in 8th place, but if we sort the list by deal value we find him at silver. That can only mean one thing: big deals for blue chip clients. And indeed, his record includes large (international) funds such as Apax and 3i. No wonder that he indicates cross-border deals as his specialty. Dutch parties also know how to find Lutz: recently we have seen deals for Main Capital, Egeria and Parcom. What makes this position on the list even more special is that Lutz only has been a partner since 2020."

"Other noteworthy lawyers are Louis Lutz and Charlotte Kiès – Louis focusing on transactional work and Charlotte on international tax."
