Bram has 30 years of experience in the Private Equity, Real Estate, Investment Management and Hotel industry. He advises a broad base of clients on commercial property transactions throughout Europe, real estate M&A, corporate real estate, open and closed-end real estate funds, property finance, joint ventures and project development. He combines his expertise in the field of M&A with an in-depth knowledge of property law, the property industry and the 'Real Estate Capital Markets'. He is a lecturer at the School of Real Estate of the University of Amsterdam, of which he is also an alumnus. In addition, Bram is co-chair of the firmwide ESG Focus Group and in that capacity, he leads the firm’s initiatives in the field of ESG.

Bram was the Managing Partner of Loyens & Loeff from 2018 to 2022. Before being appointed as Managing Partner, Bram served as Chairman of the Board of Loyens & Loeff from 2016 to 2018.

He is Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a member of the Master of Real Estate Alumni Association (MRE) and an alumnus of the INSEAD Advanced Management Programme.

Over a period of more than 15 years, Bram has consequently been recognized as Tier One lawyer in Chambers, Legal 500, Best Lawyers and Who’s Who Legal.
