Kévin Emeraux, partner, is a member of the Tax Practice Group in our Luxembourg office. He focuses on cross-border tax matters and international tax planning for Private Equity clients.
Kevin joined Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg in 2015. He worked at our New York office for three years (2018 - 2021).
While Kevin specialises in international tax planning relating to reorganisation, mergers and acquisition, his particular area of expertise is tax structuring and transactional work for private equity firms.
He is a member of the firm-wide Loyens & Loeff Region Team US. Kévin is also a member of the FATCA and CRS practice group.
