We advised Pears Global Real Estate Denmark on the acquisition of a significant residential property portfolio in Denmark, consisting of 6 properties with 421 homes and a total area of approximately 50,000 m². The properties, which consist of both owner-occupied apartments and terraced houses, are located in Copenhagen S, Copenhagen V, Kastrup, Greve and Roskilde and were purchased from the KNURS Foundation.
Our team provided Luxembourg transactional and tax assistance, as well as advice in connection with the financing of the acquisition.
