Ophélie joined the corporate practice group in September 2020. She advises on corporate and M&A law matters and particularly specialises on cross-border transactions and corporate restructuring. Ophélie is especially able to assist English-, French- and German-speaking clients.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Ophélie gained experience as a Trainee Lawyer in the business law department of a French Big 4 affiliated law firm.
