Trudy Perié is a member of the VAT, customs and international trade practice group.
Trudy started her career as a VAT inspector at the tax authorities. She advises medium sized and large companies, financial institutions and funds on VAT matters. Trudy specialises in private equity, investment management, international trade and energy.
Trudy is vice-chair of the Indirect Tax Committee of the Confederation Fiscale Européenne (CFE). She is also a member of the European VAT Expert Group. Moreover, Trudy is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB) and of the International Bar Association (IBA).
Trudy is ‘Highly Regarded’ by the International Tax Review as one of the leading ‘Women in Tax’ (ITR Women in Tax Leaders, 2019 - 2023).
