The Whistleblower Protection Act (Wbk) entered into force on 18 February 2023 (Staatsblad 2023, 52 | > Officiële bekendmakingen ( Employers in the private sector with 50 to 249 employees have until 17 December 2023 to comply with the Wbk. Larger employers must comply with the Wbk immediately. It is important that anonymous reporting to the employer and the possible sanctions for the House of Whistleblowers will come into effect later.
