The company has experienced rapid growth in recent years and will use the investment to further expand adjacent markets, accelerate product development and support its overall growth strategy.
Our Belgian and Luxembourg multidisciplinary team acted for Kpler as local counsel, advising on the legal, tax and regulatory aspects of the transaction.
As part of the investment, Kpler’s current management will retain majority ownership of the group, while Five Arrows will exit its stake.
