Erik Kastrop, tax adviser, is a member of the Investment Management practice group in our Amsterdam office. He mainly advises fund managers and foreign (private equity) clients that invest in the Netherlands.
Erik specialises in (international) tax aspects of investment fund formation, management participations and deal structuring, with a focus on the Benelux countries, Italy and the United Kingdom. From 2019 to 2022, Erik worked at our London office.
