Patrick van Oppen is a partner and specialises in advising internationally operating corporate clients on all areas of taxation. He also advises on international (re)structuring. He is a member of the Automotive Team, the Healthcare & Life Sciences Team and the Asia-Pacific Region Team.
Patrick previously led the Tokyo office from 2005 to 2010 and has also contributed to our Frankfurt office. He provides guidance to both national and international clients, specializing in cross-border transactions and group restructuring, with a particular emphasis on the APAC region and Japan.
