Mathilde focuses on the structuring, formation and fundraising, fund operations and regulatory aspects of Luxembourg private alternative investment funds across a variety of asset classes (private equity, infrastructure, real estate and debt), but also on the structuring of managed accounts, co-investment arrangements and management or employee participation plans.

Based in Luxembourg, Mathilde also worked at our London office where she advised and closely collaborated with UK based clients on Luxembourg alternative funds and regulatory matters.
