Mark has 25 years of experience in corporate advisory, M&A and real estate law. His practice focuses on the energy and infrastructure sectors including industry and logistics, in particular on the real estate and corporate aspects of national and international transactions and projects.

He advises clients ranging from multinational companies to private equity firms, financing parties and institutional investors, on complex real estate structures, joint ventures, acquisitions, divestments, governance matters, corporate structuring, real estate transactions and contract law.

Before joining Loyens & Loeff in January 2023, Mark was a partner at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek for more than 16 years.
