Julien has considerable experience in all aspects of real estate law (civil law, rights in rem, construction law and leases) and has also particular experience in public real estate law, advising clients on town-planning and environmental law issues.

Julien is also regularly involved in real estate transactions (both asset and share deals), managing the deals from the initial offer to closing, as well as important property developments.
