Ties Hogenboom, attorney-at-law, is a member of the Litigation & Risk Management practice group in our Amsterdam office. He focuses on corporate law, including corporate litigation and corporate governance.
Ties advises clients in corporate and commercial litigation. He advised and represented both national and international clients on a wide range of issues in the field of corporate law (including corporate governance, shareholder disputes and directors' liability), commercial contract law and class actions. Ties also has experience in competition law, advising on the prohibition of cartels, the abuse of dominance, merger control, foreign direct investment (FDI) screening and supervision of competition and healthcare authorities. Additionally, Ties also has experience in procurement law.
