Nanne Kusters, attorney-at-law, is a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group in our Amsterdam office. He primarily focuses on general (procedural) administrative law and environmental law.
Nanne specializes in Dutch administrative law, with a focus on areas of environmental law and real estate, and is part of our Real Estate and Energy teams. He advises and litigates on behalf of large enterprises, project developers, (institutional) real estate investors, as well as for (local) governments on a broad range of public law matters. In addition, he is a guest lecturer on Administrative Law teaching at Leiden University and at the Law Firm School.
