Nadine Spahni advises and represents clients in domestic and cross-border disputes before courts, arbitral tribunals and government agencies. Her practice covers a broad range of contentious matters, with a particular focus on contractual disputes, international litigation and arbitration, as well as the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments. She also advises clients in connection with debt collection and bankruptcy proceedings.
Nadine has a particular focus on employment law, advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Her experience includes employment disputes, such as dismissal and bonus disputes, as well as advising clients on employment law matters before they develop into disputes.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Nadine worked at a leading law firm in Zurich and at the District Court of Zurich.
