Marc Meyers heads the investment management team in the Luxembourg office and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.

He has over 20 years of experience in advising clients on the structuring and regulatory work for Luxembourg alternative investment fund structures with a particular focus on private equity, real estate/infrastructure and debt funds. Marc has a proven track record in assisting private market players navigating through the regulatory authorization process and with the launch of their Luxembourg retail alternative investment fund as Part II UCIs, including under the ELTIF label.
He is a lecturer in Luxembourg investment fund law at the University of Lorraine in Nancy. Marc is an active member of various technical working groups with the Association of the Luxemburg Fund Industry (ALFI), as well as with InvestEurope.
