Maha advises and represents clients in the field of national and international dispute resolution, especially when they involve criminal allegations or parallel criminal proceedings.
She regularly assists clients in sensitive cases relating to white-collar crime, corporate investigations and compliance.
Maha obtained a Certificate in Criminal Cassation Procedure, enabling her to represent clients before the Belgian Court of Cassation in criminal matters.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, she completed an internship within the economic and financial crime division of the Brussels Public Prosecutor’s Office
