Iris also has a background in Investment Management, where she was part of the team from the beginning of 2018 to mid-2019.
In 2022, Iris followed the Grotius post-graduate employment law education, where she graduated Cum Laude.
Iris has gained practical experience from her 5-month secondment with a client in 2022 and gained international experience during a 6-months secondment at our London office in 2024.
Iris regularly publishes in professional legal journals in the field of employment law.
