Ruben focuses on cross-border finance transactions with particular expertise in leveraged finance and fund finance, advising financial institutions and private investors.
Prior to joining the Banking & Finance expertise group, Ruben worked in our firm’s Investment Management group where he assisted managers with the formation of their funds and institutional investors in respect of their investments in funds.
Ruben worked in the firm's New York office and was seconded to Mayer Brown (Banking & Finance) in New York. In 2024, Ruben was seconded to Nielen Schuman.
