Mathilde joined the Corporate Practice Group of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg as a counsel in January 2018. She has more than 15 years of experience in advising on private equity, corporate law and finance law. She also regularly advises on securitisation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and fund financing.

She is an elected member of the Conseil de l’Ordre du Barreau de Luxembourg and a member of the editorial committee of the Magazine ACE.
