He primarily focusses on sanctions, export controls, VAT, customs, excise duties and other trade related restrictions (e.g. Forced Labor Ban). Bernard provides comprehensive advice on specific transactions, assists in the implementation and review of internal trade policies and covers trade related matters in M&A transactions.
