Waterland Private Equity Fund X represents the 10th generation of Waterland’s flagship fund strategy. It focuses on investments in companies across Europe that operate in fragmented and growing markets, while supporting both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

The funds achieved material oversubscription, driven by repeat commitments from existing investors, as well as additional commitments from new investors.

Our multidisciplinary team acted for Waterland as Dutch counsel, advising on all tax, legal and regulatory aspects in connection with the formation of Waterland Private Equity Fund X and Waterland Partnership Fund II.
