Roos Veldkamp focuses on Dutch employment law and advises employers on a broad range of employment matters. She has particular experience advising clients in the financial sector and combines employment law expertise with knowledge of financial regulatory and remuneration-related matters.
Roos advises employers on a wide range of Dutch employment law matters. She supports clients on both day-to-day employment issues and more complex matters relating to workforce management, governance and regulatory developments.
Her practice is particularly focused on the financial sector. Before joining the employment law practice, Roos spent more than one and a half years advising financial institutions on financial regulatory matters, including variable remuneration policies and compensation structures. She also gained experience within the investment funds practice, which has contributed to her multidisciplinary approach and understanding of the broader legal and commercial environment in which clients operate.
Drawing on this experience, Roos is well positioned to advise financial institutions and other regulated businesses on employment law matters that intersect with governance, remuneration and regulatory requirements.
