CBRE IM and a consortium represented by Orange Capital Partners have acquired the Pulse retail portfolio, consisting of 7 shopping centres located across the Netherlands. The shopping centres have a total lettable floor area of 80,000 m². The properties are located in Utrecht, Den Bosch, Heiloo, Breda, Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel, Hengelo and Landgraaf.

This transaction is considered to be the biggest retail transaction in the Netherlands in the last 6 years and marks another milestone in the long-standing relationship between CBRE IM, Orange Capital Partners and Loyens & Loeff.
