The development will be located in Berlin-Lichtenberg, Germany. Construction is expected to commence in 2027, with completion anticipated in 2029. The project is intended to contribute to the growing demand for high-quality rental housing in Berlin and forms part of EDGE's broader strategy to create sustainable and future-proof residential communities.
