private equity and M&A transactions within the real estate sector. In that capacity he advises clients on a wide range of transactions and corporate matters such as joint ventures, acquisitions, divestments and related shareholder and investment arrangements.

From 2015 through 2016, Wijnand worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York where he was active in the M&A department. In that capacity he represented American companies in both general and infrastructure M&A transactions.
