His work has a particular emphasis on private equity and M&A transactions in the real estate and project development sector.

Prior to joining the Corporate/M&A Expertise Group, David was a member of the Real Estate Expertise Group. He advised developers and investors on acquisitions and disposals of (turnkey) (re)developments of large-scale residential and non-residential buildings, as well as bio science and mixed-use projects. His experience across both corporate and real estate matters allows him to deliver integrated advice on complex investments, acquisitions and development-related transactions.
