BOND and Index Ventures funding Otrium Holding B.V. in Series C funding round

We advised Orkla Snacks, part of Orkla ASA, on the completion of its acquisition of 100% of the shares in The European Candy Group B.V. (CCI), one of Europe's leading producers of vegan sugar confectionery products.

Our multidisciplinary team advised Somerset Capital Partners on its participation in the Series A financing of Euclyd, which raised over EUR 200 million. 

We advised PPC Flex, a GTCR portfolio company, on the acquisition of Koen Pack.
